General Information

Facility rental begins at $150.00 a hour plus the following fees $150.00 set-up, and $150. 00 custodial fee.

All credit cards will be charge 3% processing fee

The rental fee includes the following:

• Tables & Chairs: set-up and tear down for seating to room maximum.
• Silverware, China, & Water Glasses.
• White linen table clothes and napkins.
• Skirted Tables for: Buffet, Cake, DJ, & Gifts.
• Full Bar Service.

Decorations

Our facilities allow decorations to be brought in upon approval of our event coordinator. No open flame candles allowed. No nails or tacks are allowed to be used to hang decorations on the walls. No table confetti is allowed. If you have any questions regarding decorations please contact us.

Bar Services

All Beverages must be purchased from the hosting facility. There will be an 20% service charge & 7% sales tax on all food and beverage purchases. All menu pricing is subject to change.
